Jan R. – Everything about this wonderful facility is top-notch. We were especially impressed by the environmenal-aware planning being incorporated here. The idea of using black towels for spills and clean-up is brilliant! The staff was outstanding, the atmosphere was perfect, and we will highly recommend your lodging to others.

Mary K. – This is our home away from home while in Duluth. Thank you for being exceptionally high quality, KIND, and fun!

Brent R. – Loved this Hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean from top to bottom. Pool, hot tub and the Sauna were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome! The shuttle across the lift bridge to canal Park worked like a charm! I can’t really say anything negative about this place! Great experience and a great value. We will go there on our next Duluth visit.

Anonymous – I travel approximately 15 times per year, around the country, and the Park Point Marina Inn was the nicest hotel I have been in. The view was beautiful, even in the winter, driving across the lift bridge to get to the hotel is such a treat, the room is quiet, clean and beautiful and comfortable, and the wide variety of amenities was incredible, considering the price point. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and I was sad to leave after only 2 nights.

K –
Friendly check in. Clean, cozy and comfortable accommodations with a view! The breakfast has a huge selection of items including eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pastries, and waffles–something for everyone. The coffee bar is around the corner and not to be missed! Location is perfect, use the free shuttle. I’m not big on reviews. We just left the parking lot. That’s how good our experience was!

Marguerite – This place is awesome. Beautiful rooms. The harbor rooms look out on the water and at night the lights on the boats and buildings across the way are beautiful. Quiet and clean, only 3 years old. The staff is friendly and professional and very helpful.

Shelly G –
This is a great hotel located just across the aerial lift bridge. We had a great harbor view and the beds were comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were very nice and everything seemed pretty new. Breakfast had a large selection of food and was tasty. Very quiet place to stay.

Janine - It was awesome! The staff are great… the shuttle was super nice and easy… the rooms rocked… we just had a grand time.

Gloria – Good hot tub, the breakfast was great, good coffee, just very comfortable. Lots to do at the stores on the other side of the bridge…good eating places close by, wonderful walking along the shore of the Lake. Very good breakfast, great location, very nice staff, helpful and friendly.

Anonymous – Had 2 separate reservations for the weekend (a single room for Friday – a double room for Saturday.) We tried to get a double room for both nights so we wouldn’t have to check out and check back in again. The hotel was completely booked. The supervisor left a note for the front desk folks. Someone checked out early, she had them clean that room right away. The front desk called and told us our room was ready. they delivered our new keys to our room (which happened to be right across the hall with an amazing view). Top notch service!

Anastacia B. -We travel around the country a lot. You guys rank TOP notch. One of THE BEST night’s sleep. We have no complaints. Keep up the great work. We come to Duluth this time every year, we will be staying with you next time!

Linda M. - Gorgeous area… fantastic staff. Thank you for making our family vacation incredible!

Carly A. - I am a 24-7 unpaid family caregiver for my father, who had a stroke in 2012. My niece and nephew come to stay with us on school breaks and we’ve treated them to overnights at your hotel since it opened. They absolutely love it! Recently we stayed for their spring break and to see the Beatles music concert at the DECC. I truly appreciate the shuttle service as well as the early and late check in and outs. All of these things helped me manage the stress of caregiving while providing the kids a fun, memorable experience. Many thanks.

Steve R. - “Not only the lowest priced hotel in “bridge” part of town but amazing free breakfast and ultra clean rooms!!!! It is located in the best part of Duluth which is where the aerial bridge is located. Everything you could want is within blocks. I give it 5 stars : )”

Mike C. – “From check-in to check-out everything was perfect! The hotel is designed to be very user friendly! They have hourly shuttles to take you across the bridge to Canal Park and back. Certainly a very warm option on cold, windy nights. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker and a solid wifi signal. The shower and bathroom is designed with all the options a user could ask for. The breakfast bar has great hot and cold items. This really is a full breakfast menu! Park Point Marina in is a great value!”

Brittany B. – “2nd time I’ve stayed here, great experience just like the first time. Super friendly staff and nice rooms. 24 hour gift shop is super useful, they even carry swim diapers which was amazing because I forgot one for my toddler. Shuttles to and from bentleyville which is nice. We will be back again for sure.”

Sandy E. – “We spent one night here on our way to Minneapolis and wished we could stay longer! From the minute we arrived the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn is pleasant, bright and located on the canal. We enjoyed the room. It was very clean, it’s amenities nice and our view was fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful….and the area very roomy. There was a women’s soccer team eating the same time we were and the food was stocked, the kitchen and dining area was clean and the atmosphere relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return in the summer! They also have a shuttle that runs hourly to canal park, which is very convenient if you’d like to walk one way and ride back.”

Meghan – “My husband and I recently stayed in a harbor view room at the Park Point Marina Inn and were very impressed by our experience! The staff were polite, warm, and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the view was great! We loved being so close to the lift bridge and in walking distance to Canal Park. There were shuttles available from the hotel, but the walk is really quite short. We will definitely be looking into staying here again.”

Tanya – “Wow, wasn’t expecting this to be such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk manager, Gabby, to the custodian cleaning up the dining room after breakfast! We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the Canal, right over the other other side of the lift bridge & down a few blocks, on the bay side of the lake. An hour after we checked in, our phone rang, & it was Gabby, asking how our room is, and is there anything she can do for us! Have you ever had a front desk actually call to ask if you need anything? Our room was beautiful, great mattress, lots of pillows, pretty linens, beautiful canvas pics of Duluth on the walls, our own balcony with small table & chairs overlooking the bay, and was immaculate, even the carpet. We actually decided to stay in for the night, hit the pool/sauna/hot tub, watch a movie, and order take-out…that’s how much we loved it. They also have lots of extras: free shuttle to/from Canal Park (why needed? It’s so close, you could walk!), little shop where you can purchase stuff (from frozen entrees & treats to sweatshirts & games), fireplace in the lounge area, fire pit out back, adult swim from 10p-11p, microwave/fridge/coffee maker in room, & more that I can’t even think of at the moment. We slept great, the beds were SO comfy. We thoroughly loved our one night there, and I would recommend this over any others in the area. Great hotel for a great price, given the location! We’ll definitely be back. :)”

Amber – “We stay here a few times a year, we’re local to Duluth, but love to just get away and do mini vacations…this hotel has the comfiest pillows and rooms! The fireplace in lounge area is a really beautiful touch. Breakfast spread is HUGE and very good, I’m serious its really really good! And the views of the harbour, and lift bridge are awesome! Location couldn’t get better!”

Amanda – “Room was very nice and clean with a great view of the lift bridge. Rate was very reasonable. Pool was nice and not too crowded. Hot tub and sauna available. Staff was AMAZING. Very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great, mini waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, pastries, cereal. Loved our stay, we’ll definitely be back.”
