Palisade Head State Park is a large rock formation on the North Shore of Lake Superior. It is within Tettegouche State Park but not contiguous with the rest of that park. These state parks are known for great sightseeing and are in the top of Duluth’s most popular attractions.

This hands-on discovery center inspires guests to explore animals and habitats found in the Great Lakes Basin and other waters of the world. This is one of Duluth’s wettest attractions and museums for sightseeing different animals. The aquarium is currently home to over 900 animals. Open year round. Hours: 10:00am-6:00pm.
