The hotel has a 24 hour Concierge Service Center whose representatives will gladly assist you with any questions you may have. We have two brochure racks and a travel information center with various maps to assist you in planning your day’s activities. Located approximately 10 blocks from the hotel is the Visit Duluth Convention and Visitors Bureau, which can provide you with a multitude of additional information on the area.
The Thompson Hill Tourist Information Center is operated by the State of Minnesota Tourism Department and is located on top of the hill coming into Duluth, off of Interstate 35. It has a rest area, travel information center, and an unbelievable view of Duluth and the St. Louis River Basin. In every guest room on each telephone is a direct dial button to Thompson Hill for easy and convenient travel information for our guests, during their regular business hours.
The R.J. Houle Information Center is on the East end of Two Harbors and was constructed by the CCC camps in the 1930s. It is the perfect information stop on a North Shore day-trip.
